 A 20% deposit is required on booking, the balance is due 28 days before arrival. If using Online Booking please do not pay the deposit until your booking

has been accepted by us by email, text or verbally. Full payment is required for bookings made less than 4 weeks in advance. We accept payment by bank

 transfer or cheque

1. Changes or cancellations made prior to 28 days before arrival are without charge. Thereafter deposit will be charged. The total value will be charged if cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice. This condition has to be adhered to due to the house being on the Isle of Man and the subsequent difficulty in re-advertising to off-island guests.

2. During the tourist season from May to mid September we only accept bookings on a weekly basis from Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday morning, we are flexible on this requirement if there is late availability.

3. Bookings for TT Races are a 14 night minimum stay from Sat/Sun prior to first qualifying. We can offer a 10 day MGP Race stay on request.

4. Earliest arrival (check-in) time is normally 3pm and latest departure time is normally 10am, we can be flexible with these times on request depending on occupancy.

5. In low season short stays are available for minimum of 3 nights.

6. Garage is available on request for storage of motor bikes or bicycles.

7. Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets only assistance dogs by prior arrangement, the house is strictly non-smoking

8. All bedding and towels including beach towels are provided, a welcome pack can be provided on request. A cot and high chair are available free of charge.
